Derek Mahon

Belfast-born, restless, cosmopolitan. A Disused Shed in Co. Wexford is his most anthologised poem. His Everything Is Going to Be All Right was read on Irish television during the 2020 lockdown to enormous public response, months before he died. Won the Poetry Now Award twice — 2006 and 2009.
