Galway-born, Cork-based. Six collections in both languages, and the genre-defying A Ghost in the Throat (2020) — part memoir, part obsessive pursuit of Eibhlín Dubh Ní Chonaill — which won the Irish Book of the Year and reached an international readership. Rooney Prize 2016; Michael Hartnett Award for Clasp.
